What You'll Be Doing

Planning and scheduling engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities on multiple projects

Maintaining up-to-date job plans, drawings, and specifications

Collaborating with engineering teams to design solutions that meet customer requirements

Preparing project estimates and proposals

Coordinating procurement of materials and services to ensure timely delivery to site

Developing detailed installation plans and managing project execution
-
Maintaining construction schedules and coordinating with other trades onsite
-
Selecting, managing, and monitoring subcontractor performance
-
Maintaining accurate records of job status, material flow, and changes, and preparing reports for internal and client use
-
Implementing quality assurance programs to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
-
Acting as the professional point of contact for customers, building strong relationships with key decision-makers

Conducting regular site walks to ensure installations meet quality standards
-
Supporting forecasting, job costing, and financial tracking to ensure profitability
-
Reviewing financials, labour, and material usage to proactively address any project issues
-
Overseeing project close-out, including completion of record drawings, handover documentation, and final billing
-
Managing commissioning activities, including programming, testing, and client training
-
Providing technical support to customers and internal teams
What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing complex security or technical projects end-to-end

Strong understanding of electronic security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion, etc.) preferred

Excellent project management skills across planning, execution, financial control, and stakeholder communication

Confident working with engineering teams and subcontractors to deliver best-in-class solutions

Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and profitability

Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required

Strong problem-solving mindset with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Proactive, professional approach and excellent relationship-building skills
