Location: London, UK / Hybrid - 2 days per week in London

Type: Full time / Permanent

Salary: Up to £110,000 OTE 50/50 split

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our clients growing team within a leading cyber security vendor. This role is 100% account management and is focused on managing and expanding relationships within an established book of clients. You will own post-sale customer relationships, drive renewals and retention, and identify growth opportunities across commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of existing customers
  • Drive renewals and retention by proactively managing relationships and renewal cycles
  • Build strong relationships within the defined set of customers and internal teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver strong customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing B2B sales function (SDR, BDR, account manager, customer success, inside sales experience preferred) within Cyber Security
  • Strong interest in transitioning to a quota-carrying role
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
