Account Manager

Location: London, UK / Hybrid - 2 days per week in London

Salary: Up to £110,000 OTE 50/50 split
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our clients growing team within a leading cyber security vendor. This role is 100% account management and is focused on managing and expanding relationships within an established book of clients. You will own post-sale customer relationships, drive renewals and retention, and identify growth opportunities across commercial accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a defined portfolio of existing customers
- Drive renewals and retention by proactively managing relationships and renewal cycles
- Build strong relationships within the defined set of customers and internal teams
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver strong customer experience.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing B2B sales function (SDR, BDR, account manager, customer success, inside sales experience preferred) within Cyber Security
- Strong interest in transitioning to a quota-carrying role
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers
- Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
