Interim Senior Reward Manager - Fintech

Our client is a listed fintech and banking organisation.

The requirement is for an Interim Senior Reward Manager to support ongoing reward strategy refresh within the firm and BAU reward activities.

The assignment would be initial for 4-6 months on a day rate, outside of IR35, based in London, with an immediate start.

We require a seasoned interim reward consultant with a demonstrable track record in creating and delivering enterprise reward strategies in PLC financial services firms and banks.

An ex-consulting background would be a bonus.
