- Provide first-line technical support to users across multiple sites and a growing online customer base
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating where necessary
- Support and maintain business applications and network infrastructure
- Assist with system design, testing and ongoing IT projects
- Deliver support via phone, email and occasional on-site visits
- Genuine interest in IT
- Enjoy problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- A self starter with a can do attitude
