Responsibilities of the Junior Ecommerce Executive:

• Manage daily operations of the Shopify store including product uploads, content updates, and visual merchandising
• Optimise product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO updates
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches
• Analyse site performance, sales trends, and customer behaviour using Excel and Shopify analytics
• Maintain product and stock data in collaboration with the merchandising team
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and website usability
• Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends, competitor analysis, and Shopify developments

Key experience and skills needed to succeed as a Junior Ecommerce Executive:

• Experience in ecommerce is ideal, but a strong passion and willingness to learn is essential
• Shopify knowledge preferred but training will be provided
• Confident using Excel for spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Basic SEO and ecommerce analytics understanding is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
