Role Description

Zaigo is hiring a full-time remote Technical AI Delivery Lead to help drive the successful implementation and deployment of AI systems for U.S.-based clients.

This is not a traditional “status update” project management role.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, technically fluent, proactive, calm under pressure, and comfortable operating inside fast-moving environments with ambiguity, changing priorities, and incomplete information.

You will work directly with founders, engineers, and clients to help transform messy operational workflows into deployed AI systems.

The role sits at the intersection of:

• technical delivery
• product thinking
• operational execution
• engineering coordination
• client communication

This role is intentionally high ownership.

You will help:

• Coordinate and drive AI implementation projects from discovery through deployment
• Translate business requirements into actionable engineering tasks and delivery plans
• Work closely with engineers building AI agents, integrations, automations, and internal operational platforms
• Own client-facing delivery coordination across multiple concurrent AI implementation projects
• Organize timelines, priorities, deliverables, and operational documentation
• Identify blockers early and proactively keep projects moving
• Help create operational structure and clarity across rapidly evolving projects
• Communicate clearly and confidently with U.S.-based executives, operators, and technical stakeholders
• Contribute to internal process improvement as Zaigo continues scaling its delivery organization

This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful ownership, direct exposure to cutting-edge AI systems, and the opportunity to grow rapidly alongside a small, high-talent AI-native team.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Implementation Management, or related technical delivery roles
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience working closely with software engineers and technical teams
• Comfortable managing complex projects with ambiguity and moving parts
• Strong organizational skills and high personal accountability
• Ability to understand APIs, integrations, AI workflows, and technical system architecture at a practical level
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, RAG systems, automations, or workflow platforms is strongly preferred
• Experience with Jira, Notion, Linear, ClickUp, Slack, or similar operational tooling
• Ability to work a meaningful daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time clients and teams
• Startup, agency, or fast-moving delivery experience strongly preferred
• Former engineers or highly technical operators are strongly preferred

We care far more about ownership, execution ability, communication, and operational judgment than certifications.

Compensation & Structure

• Compensation range: £75,000–£90,000 per year depending on experience, technical ability, and communication skills
• Significant upside for exceptional performance, including merit-based compensation increases and expanded leadership responsibility
