Group Finance Director | Equity-Backed Manufacturing Tech | Remote-First (London HQ) | Permanent

We’re partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed manufacturing technology company scaling rapidly across Europe and the US. Reporting to the CFO, you will build and lead a global finance function from the ground up, implementing the infrastructure, controls, and reporting frameworks to support international expansion and drive strategic growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and scaling a best-in-class global finance function
• Implementing robust reporting, governance, and controls
• Driving financial discipline in a high-growth environment
• Supporting expansion across multiple jurisdictions

What we’re looking for:

• ACA (or equivalent), ideally Big 4 trained
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting capital raises of £100M+
• Operating at GFD / FD / Group FC / CFO-1 level in a complex, international business
• Proven track record in venture-backed, high-growth environments
• Experience building finance infrastructure from scratch to scale operations globally
