About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a high-growth SaaS company building a genuinely new category at the intersection of AI, search, and marketing.

As consumer behaviour shifts away from traditional search engines towards LLM-driven discovery and generative interfaces, brands are facing a fundamental question:

How do you remain visible when discovery is no longer driven by keywords, but by AI?

This platform is designed to help enterprise marketing teams understand, measure, and optimise their visibility within AI-driven environments including LLM search, generative interfaces, and emerging agent-based ecosystems.

This is not an incremental product. It is addressing a structural shift in how discovery works.

The Role

This is not a traditional solutions engineering role.

You will operate as a commercially-minded solutions architect, working directly with enterprise customers to help them understand how AI is reshaping marketing and how to respond.

The focus is on:

  • Leading discovery and solution design conversations with marketing and technical stakeholders
  • Translating AI capabilities into clear marketing and business impact
  • Helping customers define their approach to AI search, LLM visibility, and evolving acquisition strategies
  • Partnering closely with sales, product, and engineering to shape how the platform is positioned and adopted

This is a frontline, customer-facing role with strategic influence, not an implementation or support function.

  • Your stakeholders are typically CMO, growth, and digital leaders, as well as product and data teams

The work sits at the intersection of:

  • AI and LLMs

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who can operate confidently across both technical and commercial domains.

You will likely have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing SaaS role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Sales Engineer
  • A background in marketing technology, data platforms, search, or adjacent areas

The ability to engage credibly with both:

  • technical stakeholders (APIs, integrations, data flows)
  • business stakeholders (marketing strategy, acquisition, ROI)

You should be comfortable:

  • Leading structured discovery and solution conversations
  • Translating complex technology into clear commercial outcomes
  • Operating in an environment where the problem space is still evolving
