Overview:

Build and deploy multi-agent AI systems that automate complex financial workflows. Own the full lifecycle—from architecture and development to deployment, reliability, and scale—while working directly with investment firm customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy multi-agent AI workflows
• Convert complex workflows into reusable platform components
• Own reliability, performance, and customer adoption
• Develop orchestration logic, tools, templates, and pipelines
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams for deployments
• Influence platform architecture and core components
• Use AI tools for coding, testing, debugging, and workflow automation

Required Skills:

• 4+ years in product-focused software development
• Strong Python; experience with system design and end-to-end ownership
• Experience building or using AI/LLM workflows
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into technical solutions
• Tech stack: Python, React/NextJS, FastAPI, MongoDB, Redis

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LLM/agentic workflows
• Financial domain exposure (investment, credit, risk, ESG)
• Cloud/infra: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD
• Startup experience or building internal frameworks/tools
