SEO Manager

I’m looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join a growing digital agency that’s delivering exceptional work for an impressive mix of local, national, and global brands.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s already hands-on in SEO strategy and wants to lead from the front, shaping campaigns that deliver real, measurable results. The agency’s seen huge demand for SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation, so they’re expanding their team and investing heavily in this area.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, leading on strategy, managing a small team, and driving organic growth through smart, futureproof SEO.

What you’ll be doing

• Taking full ownership of multiple SEO accounts, developing strategies that boost visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Managing and mentoring a small team of SEO specialists, helping them grow and deliver stand-out work.
• Conducting in-depth technical and content audits to shape SEO roadmaps.
• Using tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics to monitor and improve performance.
• Managing link-building and outreach activity.
• Working closely with account managers and developers to make sure strategies are implemented effectively.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience in SEO (agency background preferred).
• Experience managing a small team or mentoring others.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge.
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page and content SEO.
• Familiarity with AEO or interest in developing in this space.
• Confident using platforms like WordPress, Shopify or Magento.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects at once.
