Role Overview
They are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the Nordic region. This role focuses on new business acquisition and expanding into untapped markets.
Reporting to regional leadership, you will work cross-functionally with technical sales, marketing, services, and partner teams to deliver impactful, outcome-based solutions to enterprise clients. This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic sales professional with a strong track record in SaaS or cloud-based solutions, who thrives in competitive markets and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition
- Identify, target, and win new customers across the Nordic region
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve revenue targets
- Generate pipeline through inbound leads, account-based marketing, networking, and outbound outreach
Account & Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand customer challenges and align solutions to business outcomes
- Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate value and ROI
Deal Management & Closing
- Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close deals
- Ensure contracts align with both customer needs and business objectives
Market Insight & Strategy
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
- Collaborate internally to refine go-to-market strategies
- Track and report on performance metrics to inform forecasting and planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS or cloud sales
- Proven success in new logo acquisition
- Strong experience in value-based or outcome-driven selling
- Native-level fluency in Swedish or Danish, plus professional English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with a strategic, results-oriented mindset
