VP Core/GTM Systems - RevOps (Salesforce)
A global technology-enabled organisation is looking for a senior leader to oversee and modernise its commercial systems ecosystem across the full customer lifecycle.
This is a high-impact executive role focused on aligning systems, process, data, and enablement to support scalable revenue growth across an international business. The successful candidate will lead strategy and execution across core platforms spanning CRM, quoting and order management, customer operations, and workflow automation.
Key areas of focus include:
• Leading transformation of the end-to-end commercial systems landscape
• Driving platform adoption and operational consistency across global teams
• Improving workflow efficiency across lead, quote, order, and customer management processes
• Embedding AI and automation capabilities to improve productivity and decision-making
• Partnering cross-functionally with commercial, operations, technology, and enablement teams
• Owning systems roadmap planning, vendor management, and investment prioritisation
• Delivering scalable reporting, pipeline visibility, and data integrity across the revenue lifecycle
Ideal background:
• Extensive experience in revenue systems, GTM technology, sales operations, or commercial transformation leadership
• Deep understanding of CRM ecosystems and enterprise platform implementations
• Experience leading large-scale change and transformation programmes across distributed organisations
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capability
• Exposure to SaaS, enterprise technology, fintech, or similarly complex operating environments preferred
• Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled workflows, and modern commercial tooling
