Product Manager – 6 month contract with potential to go permanent afterwards
£325 per day (INSIDE IR35)
Hybrid: 2 days a week needed in SW London office
Start: ASAP (no longer than 1 month's notice)
We’re working with an exciting consumer brand that is looking for a Product Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Product Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong commercial instincts and wants to make a direct impact on customer growth.
THE ROLE
The Product Manager will join a growing product team and initially focus on completing a major CMS project, helping the business improve how website content is managed and optimised. Following this, the role will move into broader Growth initiatives, with a key focus on improving website conversion and customer acquisition.
You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and wider commercial teams to identify opportunities, run experiments and deliver improvements that directly impact customer growth.
What you’ll be doing...
- Taking ownership of product initiatives focused on customer acquisition and conversion
- Helping complete and optimise a CMS migration/project
- Identifying opportunities to improve website performance and customer journeys
- Planning and executing A/B tests and experimentation programmes
- Working closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Commercial teams
- Turning customer insights and data into actionable product improvements
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
THE CANDIDATE
We’re looking for a commercially minded Product Manager with experience building and optimising consumer-facing digital products.
You’ll need to have...
- Experience working on D2C, ecommerce or subscription-based products (essential)
- Strong experience with growth product, conversion optimisation and experimentation
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests, particularly around landing pages and customer journeys
- Experience working in an in-house product team (preferred over agency)
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a “get things done” mindset
- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where priorities move quickly
