We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to take a leading role in shaping a complex, multi-module B2B SaaS platform used to manage real-world operations at scale.

You’ll be working across deeply interconnected systems - helping structure workflows, simplify complexity, and improve how users navigate and operate within a sophisticated product environment. This one's more about the UX than the UI - although they still want someone, end-to-end.

THE ROLE

You’ll own design end-to-end within a product area, working closely with product managers and engineers to:

• Lead UX across a complex, enterprise-grade platform
• Structure and improve information architecture across multi-entity workflows
• Design for systems involving scheduling, inventory, logistics and operational processes
• Run user research, testing and discovery to understand real-world usage
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define problems and align on solutions
• Create flows, wireframes and production-ready UI grounded in real constraints
• Contribute to and evolve a shared design system
• Work iteratively post-launch, continuously improving usability and clarity

THE CANDIDATE

• 5+ years in product design, with strong experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Proven ability to design complex systems (not just dashboards or marketing-led products)
• Excellent information architecture skills - structuring workflows, entities and relationships
• Strong UX fundamentals across interaction design, research and prototyping
• Experience running user testing, interviews and stakeholder workshops
• Able to operate autonomously and take ownership of problems end-to-end
• Clear communicator, able to explain decisions and influence across teams
• Fluent in Figma
