Senior Product Manager - £85k-£105k

Building products that help frontline workers support vulnerable people and communities. This SaaS business is scaling its product organisation and is looking for Senior Product Managers to lead complex, high-impact platforms used by local authorities and housing associations.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll own the product vision and roadmap for a core case management domain, while line-managing a Product Owner embedded deep in delivery with engineering. It’s very much led by example: setting direction, driving outcomes, and staying close enough to the detail to ensure real value lands.

You’ll work closely with design, engineering, research, and commercial teams, shaping products that support frontline workers managing sensitive, high-volume citizen cases. Strong product sense, stakeholder influence, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, product-led environment are key.

Ideal background-

• Experience in a modern product-led company
• Senior PM experience in B2B / SaaS or product-led tech environments
• Comfortable managing or mentoring Product Owners
• Strong discovery, roadmap ownership, and stakeholder leadership
• CV must have demonstrable outcomes on it
