Snapshot of Role, Responsibilities & Skills for the : Smart Build Consultant

• SMART/Digital Building Consultancy experience
• BMS understanding
• Attend and present SMART services in sales meetings with potential clients at remote sites
• Initiate SMART projects by understanding the scope and confirming feasibility
• PRINCE2 (Bonus but not Required)
• IT/AV Technical Knowledge
• Excellent Organisation & Time Management/ Strong Interpersonal Skills 
• Financial Understanding to monitor and control budgets
• 2xyears minimum experience within a similar role
