Implementation Consultant - HCM

AsanImplementationConsultant,youwillberesponsiblefordeliveringimplementationconsultancyactivitiesforZelliscustomersonmultipleaspectsoftheirsolutionsorservicesdelivery.

Youwillberesponsibleforadvisingandworkingwithcustomerstohelpthemunderstand,implement,,atthehighestlevelofqualityandonbudget.

Responsibilities

• Actingasagoodpracticeadvisor,coachandsubjectmatterexpertonindustryleadingprocessesandZellisrangeofsolutionsandservices,partneringwiththecustomertodevelopaOneTeamapproachtodeliveryandtoensurethatallactivitiesaredeliveredontime,atthehighestlevelofqualityandonbudget
• Managing,schedulingandcoordinatingallactivitiesassignedtoyousothattheyareundertakeninaccordancewiththerelevantplan,workingalongsideandinpartnershipwiththewiderZellisandcustomerprojectteam
• Completingtestingofanydeliverablesorsupportingactivitiesassignedtoyouaspartoftheimplementationplantothehighestlevelofqualityandwhereagreed,inlinewithallacceptancecriteria
• Supportingtheprojectorprogrammemanagerinfacilitatingtheprovisionofsoftware,infrastructure,supportingtoolsandappropriateresourcesforeachphaseoftheprojecttoensureallpre-requisitesandongoingsupportisinplace
• Anticipatingandmanagingongoingrisksandissues(includingmitigationandresolution),andensuringthattheyareescalatedtotheImplementationprojectorprogrammemanager(orZellisseniorleader)inatimelyfashion

Skills&Experience

• Experiencedeliveringonsmall,non-complexImplementation,software,advisoryorManagedServicescustomerswithsmall-mediumscaleemployeevolumes(under10,000EEsand£300kbudgets)
• SignificantexperenceimplementingHCMorPayrollsoftware
• SignificantunderstandingofPayrollprocessingandlegislation
• ProficiencyinZIPAPIs,connectorsandintegrationmethods
• Proficiencyindatamigrationandloadingformediumcomplexitydatastructures,aswellasmasterdataandpayrollreconciliationformediumcomplexityemployeepayrolldata,grosstonetcalculationsandassociatedoutputs
