Principal Transformation Architect

Qualification: Must be educated to at least degree level or equivalent.

We are looking for an elite Principal Transformation Architect who operates beyond a traditional Business Analyst capacity, combining enterprise strategy, product ownership, and deep CRM platform expertise. This role will lead large-scale, digital transformation programmes across CRM and integrated enterprise ecosystems, driving business value, platform modernisation, and operational excellence in Oil & Gas industry.

You will collaborate closely with global cross-functional stakeholders to lead enterprise-wide CRM and digital transformation initiatives, drive solution design, and ensure seamless integration across platforms while owning end-to-end delivery and business outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead end to end enterprise transformation programmes across CRM and digital platforms.
  • Drive business capability modelling, operating model design, and process re-engineering.
  • Lead global requirement engineering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Own CRM ecosystem delivery across Salesforce (for Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), ServiceNow, and CPQ platforms.
  • Drive legacy system migration to cloud-native platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration across APIs, middleware, and microservices architecture.
  • Act as Product Owner, managing backlog prioritisation aligned to business value.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, release planning, and delivery governance.
  • Drive executive stakeholder engagement across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead business change management, UAT, adoption strategy, and rollout execution.
  • Drive performance optimisation, business outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish governance frameworks, risk management, and delivery excellence.

Technical Skills Required & Experience

Experience

  • 10+ years in enterprise transformation cum business architecture roles
  • Proven delivery of large scale digital transformation programmes
  • Strong Salesforce expertise across multi-cloud implementations
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow enterprise workflows
  • Experience in CPQ and commercial lifecycle optimisation platforms
  • Experience in CRM migration and platform modernisation

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of API-led architecture and microservices ecosystems
  • Expertise in business process modelling (UML, BPMN, DFD, ERD)
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps
  • Experience with data analysis using SQL
  • Exposure to UI/UX tools such as Figma and process visualisation tools
