What youll be doing

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 10 Senior Product Designers, a UX writer and a design system expert
• Setting a clear design vision across human + agent workflows
• Partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership on strategic initiatives
• Building healthy design rituals (critiques, reviews, async feedback loops)
• Influencing product direction through systems thinking and high-quality interaction design
