£120,000 - £160,000 + Equity

We’re partnering with one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI startups (30 employees) on the search for a Founding Product Manager. The company recently raised a $15m Seed round led by tier-one investors and is building AI agents for complex enterprise operational workflows.

This is a true 0→1 PM role - working closely with customers, founders and engineering to shape agent workflows, product direction and scalable platform capabilities from the ground up.

They’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience building AI-native or automation-first products
• Thrives in ambiguous 0→1 startup environments
• Can operate deeply in execution, not just strategy
• Enjoys working directly with customers and engineers
• Has built complex B2B SaaS or operational workflow products
• Ideally has exposure to retail ops, supply chain, logistics or enterprise complexity

Engineering background or strong technical fluency is a plus but not required.

Remote-first across the UK with monthly collaboration in Central Europe and occasional customer travel.
