£150k-£170k base + equity

We’re partnering with a high-growth Series B AI company building AI-powered productivity software. The business has added $20M+ ARR in the last 12 months, is ~70 people, and is backed by top-tier global investors.

They’re hiring a hands-on Head of Product Design to work directly with the founders and engineering team, shaping the product and design direction at a pivotal stage of the company.

This role will start as a player-coach - operating as a principal designer while setting direction and standards - before scaling the design team over time

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end product design across core workflows, shipping improvements quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Work closely with founders and engineering to define problems, shape solutions and drive execution
• Establish the foundations for how design operates (process, standards, ways of working)
• Help shape the broader product experience as the company expands into SaaS and enterprise
• Hire the first additional designers and grow the function over time

What they’re looking for

• A hands-on design leader at Lead, Head or Director level, able to stay close to the work while leading across the business
• Strong product thinking with experience owning complex products end-to-end
• Background in product-led startups or high-quality scaleups
• Excited by a hands-on leadership role with real ownership, ambiguity and the opportunity to build and scale a team
• AI experience a plus
