Staff Product Manager – Series D SaaS Scaleup - Tax and Invoicing

Salary: £115k–£125k + Equity + Benefits

Location: 3 days a week in the Central London office.

A high-growth SaaS scaleup, recently valued at over $2B, is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead its Invoicing team within the Pay Tribe. In this high-impact role, you'll own a critical part of the tax and invoicing suite, developing AI-driven solutions to streamline finance operations. You'll work within a strong/mature product organisation of 25+ PMs, alongside experienced peers, in a company with bold growth plans and the scale to make a real impact.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the tax and invoicing experience, balancing customer needs with internal operational goals.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver intuitive, reliable solutions that support a seamless post-booking experience.
• Refine and apply product discovery frameworks to deeply understand user pain points and surface opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data to ship high-quality, high-impact features
• Mentor other PMs and contribute to a strong, user-first product culture.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to provide clarity on product direction, priorities, and outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

• You must have a strong track record of building and scaling billing, tax or invoicing products as a Lead, Staff, Principal or Group Product Manager.
• Ability to think strategically while managing execution in fast-paced environments.
• Clear, confident communication and excellent stakeholder management skills
• A customer-centric mindset and a data-informed approach to decision-making
