Location: Ealing Broadway (Hybrid - In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

We've seen record growth recently and, having dominated certain market sectors, are looking to expand. We are now looking for a motivated Demand Generation Associate to join the team and grow our existing platform and our exciting new product, Magic Insights.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented individual to make a significant impact. You will be at the forefront of our marketing and sales efforts, responsible for creating and executing multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads. This is a metrics and KPI-driven position where you will work closely with our commercial team, including the company founders, to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities :
At ZINT, you will be wearing many hats! You will be responsible for a wide range of different activities, including:
- Developing and executing drip email campaigns to nurture latent pipeline leads and engage new prospects.
- Crafting highly targeted and customised email campaigns tailored to specific industry verticals.
- Creating compelling, industry-specific content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, social media updates)
- Managing HubSpot automations and configuration
- Utilising tools such as Clay to create triggers and automate notifications to our sales team regarding key prospect activities, such as job movers.
- Designing landing pages to effectively advertise new product launches and features, customised for different industry perspectives.
- Managing and updating our LinkedIn profile with regular, engaging, and industry-specific content to build brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Planning and executing occasional demand generation events, including breakfast meetings, webinars, and trade show stands.
- Collaborating closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and campaign strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a demand generation, marketing automation, or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical competency and problem solving ability
- Proven experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling marketing copy.
- A creative mindset with a knack for understanding different industry needs and tailoring messaging accordingly.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
