IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager | Cross Asset Trading House | CISM, CRISC, CGEIT | Up to £1000/Day Outside IR35 | 6 months rolling | Hybrid LDN

The IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager is needed for a cross-asset trading house. As the organization grows through profitability, acquisitions, and new business lines, there is an increasing need to manage business-focused technology streams that are merging with retail and sales divisions. This role requires overseeing IT governance, risk management, compliance, and audit functions to ensure alignment with corporate policies, regulatory standards such as GDPR and SOX, and industry best practices.

As an IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager, you will lead efforts in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and IT auditing. Responsibilities include establishing governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulations, conducting audits, developing IT policies, managing data protection, collaborating with legal teams, and aligning IT strategies with overall business objectives.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months rolling
• Rate: Up to £900/Day outside IR35
• Location: Central London, hybrid (3 days in office)

Key areas of focus include: IT Governance & Frameworks, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, IT Auditing & Security Assessments, Cybersecurity, and Data Protection.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Certifications: CISM, CRISC, CGEIT (preferred)
• Strong leadership skills, risk assessment expertise, policy development experience
• Legal compliance related to IT governance experience
