Oracle Cloud CX solution architect (London)

Job Description

NV is urgently seeking an Oracle Cloud CX Solution Architect for a new contract role.

Duration: 6 months, likely to extend. The role requires approximately 2 days per week onsite in Reading.

Oracle Sales Cloud CX Solution Architect

1. Solution Architecture, Design, and Documentation:
2. Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Sales Cloud (CRM and CPQ), proposing scalable solutions for future releases and enhancements.
3. Have hands-on experience implementing Oracle CX / Sales Cloud multiple times, with strong knowledge of CRM / CPQ configurations.
4. Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices, data models, and CX lifecycle.
5. Develop scalable and sustainable architectures aligning with business needs and IT standards.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with enterprise goals.
7. Write and validate high-level and low-level solution designs as relevant.
8. Support peer reviews of HLD & LLD documentation.

1. Provide strategic guidance during the solution development lifecycle.
2. Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices and optimal design approaches.

1. Design seamless integrations with other Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems.
2. Oversee deployment strategies to ensure successful end-to-end implementation and client satisfaction.
