Senior Solution Architect (UKG Pro WFM) - UK (Remote) - >115K +Bonus

A new opportunity has landed for an experienced UKG Pro WFM specialist to step into a high-impact Solution Architect role within a rapidly scaling workforce management practice.

The need is simple:

• Someone who knows UKG Pro WFM inside-out.
• Someone who can face off to clients, shape solutions, and help grow a delivery team.
• Someone ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

• Senior role in a growing practice, with major UKG Pro WFM projects in the pipeline
• Opportunity to manage and build a team
• A mix of delivery, advisory, and solution design work
• Locations: London or Reading; Bristol, Birmingham, and Manchester also possible
• Hybrid model: 2 days onsite
• Salary from ~67K to 115K depending on location and experience

Youll bring:

• Deep experience implementing UKG Pro WFM (Time, Scheduling, Accruals, etc.)
• Confidence working with stakeholders and running client-facing sessions
• A consultative mindset and the ability to design fit-for-purpose solutions
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior consultants
