T24 Principal Software Engineer

Location: London - Hybrid 3 days a week in the office

Duration: Initially 6 months

Rate: £market rate

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need:

• Wide, detailed, and up-to-date experience of the technologies and tools in your area.
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle, from idea to execution.
• Mandatory to have L3 code development skills with hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of TAFJ and code library management.
• Local code development skills using Info Basic and TAFJ componentized codes.
• In-depth technical knowledge of T24 Customization and OFS processing.
• Basic Linux skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery, especially discovering requirements and preparing user stories.
• Understanding of testing approaches and integrating testability into software design and development.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of system integration patterns and related technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Deep understanding and experience with the Temenos Transact platform.
• Knowledge of Securities Trading, Setup, Administration, and Corporate Actions modules in Transact.
• Understanding of the delivery workflow (SWIFT, delivery advice, customization) in Transact.
• Knowledge of T24 programming (templates, APIs, Core API hooks) in Transact.
• Understanding of T24 data model and Oracle storage.
• Experience developing T24 multi-thread routines.

Additional knowledge and experience that will help:

• Temenos Integration Framework, IRIS, Jboss configurations.
• Channel interfaces configurations (BROWSER, IB, DFE, Data Warehouse).
• Core Java.
• Oracle Database.
