Senior Consulting Manager – Web3 & Emerging Technology
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Hybrid: 2-3 days a week in London office.

You'll join a small, high-performing consulting and pre-sales team inside a fast-growing blockchain business, working directly with senior decision-makers and C-suite clients.
The consulting venture has gone from blank canvas to a healthy pipeline of live leads and multi-industry projects – and now needs another senior consultant to help take it to the next level.
What you'll be doing
- Leading billable consulting engagements: discovery workshops, blockchain & Web3 strategy, and go-to-market advisory.
- Translating messy, ambiguous client problems into clear consulting offerings, statements of work, and compelling proposals.
- Partnering with sales on RFPs, pitch decks and client meetings – then staying close through delivery as the trusted adviser.
- Spotting and shaping opportunities to extend work, upsell technology solutions, and open new accounts through your network.
- Working across sectors such as financial services, entertainment, public sector, and supply chain/logistics.
You'll be joining a tight-knit team where hierarchy is light, change is constant, and everyone – including senior people – rolls up their sleeves.

What you'll bring
- 6+ years in consulting or similar client-facing roles, with proven billable delivery and strategic advisory experience.
- Credibility with C-suite stakeholders and comfort in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Strong commercial acumen – confident with numbers, deals, and spotting where value really sits.
- Experience with blockchain/Web3 and an existing or emerging network in this space.
