We are a team of 35 brilliant brand, marketing and technology experts: a core in-house team based in the United Kingdom (Soho and Brighton), supported by a network of specialists from around the world.
We are looking for a brilliant analytical mind, but brilliance alone isn't enough. We need a leader.
You are someone who takes deep pride in absolute accuracy and high-level commitment. You don't just \"do\" the data; you own the function. We need a \"safe pair of hands\" who can support the senior leadership team by providing iron-clad insights that we can bet the business on.
You are bold, energetic, and irreverent, but you are also the most methodical person in the room. You're looking for a role where you can step up, lead the data conversation, and provide the dedicated support our fast-paced entrepreneurial clients—and our internal teams—depend on.
The Role: Commitment & Leadership- Operational Ownership: You aren't just a contributor; you are the guardian of our data integrity. You ensure that every number that leaves the agency is 100% accurate and verified.
- Proactive Support: You don't wait to be asked. You anticipate the needs of the founders and the strategy teams, providing the \"ammunition\" they need before they know they need it.
- Strategic Leadership: You will bridge the gap between technical data and commercial reality. You'll sit with our senior team to help shape the agency's direction through evidence-based thinking.
- Mentorship & Rigour: You will set the standard for how data is handled at addmustard, ensuring the wider team maintains the same level of precision and commitment that you do.
- Forensically Lead: Own the analysis of digital marketing performance. You won't just spot a trend; you'll investigate the \"why\" and present a solution.
- Build the Infrastructure: Architect and maintain the dashboards (Looker Studio/GA4) that serve as the \"source of truth\" for our clients.
- Challenge & Defend: Be confident enough to challenge a creative idea with data, but also committed enough to find the data that supports a winning strategy.
- Drive Commercial Value: Understand that our clients are entrepreneurs. They need data that helps them grow, pivot, and win—not just spreadsheets for the sake of it.
We are looking for a \"Player-Coach\" who has been in the trenches but is ready to lead.
- 4+ Years in Agency/High-Growth Environments: You understand the \"all-hands-on-deck\" commitment required to help entrepreneurs succeed.
- Unrivalled Precision: A track record of delivering error-free, high-stakes reporting.
- GA4 & Looker Studio Mastery: You are the person others come to when they get stuck.
- Advanced Google Sheets: You treat a spreadsheet like a piece of engineering—structured, scalable, and easy for others to use.
- Communication: You can command a room. You translate complex data into \"Founder-speak\" with ease and confidence.
