Aequitas is redefining how the world Owns, Earns, and Experiences of digital assets. We are building a next-generation platform that tokenizes global hospitality and property assets—unlocking access, liquidity, and opportunity for investors everywhere.
We are now seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead Aequitas through its next phase of scale, culminating in a major international IPO.
The Opportunity
As CEO, you will:
• Lead a revolutionary PropTech & Web3 company at the forefront of real-estate tokenization.
• Drive expansion across the UK, Europe, Middle East.
• Build a world-class team and culture rooted in transparency, innovation, and impact.
• Oversee scaling from early-stage to global platform adoption.
• Prepare the company for a successful IPO within 24–36 months.
• Engage with major investors, institutional partners, regulators, and strategic advisors (including connections to the UK FinTech Growth Fund).
Required Experience
We’re looking for a leader who has:
• Proven CEO or senior executive experience in a fast-growth start-up.
• Taken at least one company from early stage → Series funding → IPO or public listing.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations.
• Background in FinTech, PropTech, Real Estate, Web3, or institutional finance.
• Strong strategic capability with hands-on operational leadership.
• Ability to execute rapid growth and guide technical innovation.
• Exceptional communication and the gravitas to inspire investors and partners globally.
