This AI-powered organisation are looking for a Job Architecture and Levelling Consultant who will be responsible for managing job architecture and levelling to support an exciting project with a high-growth HR tech platform.

You’ll work with clients to design and implement scalable job architecture frameworks, ensuring job titles, levels, and skills are structured in a consistent, fair, and future-ready way. Using an AI-powered platform, you’ll help HR teams simplify and modernise their job structures, making pay decisions more transparent and career paths clearer.

This Job Architecture and Levelling Consultant will:

· Use an AI platform to deliver job architecture and levelling projects for clients

· Review, harmonise and structure job profiles and frameworks

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure solutions are practical and future-proof

· Provide feedback on the platform to help enhance its AI models and performance

This Job Architecture and Levelling Consultant will have:

· Proven experience in designing and implementing job architecture and levelling frameworks

· A consultancy background with a strong understanding of organisational design and workforce structures

· The ability to analyse and interpret complex role data and translate it into meaningful job structures

· A proactive and collaborative approach, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills

· A keen interest in AI and emerging HR technologies, and a desire to work at the intersection of people and technology
