We’re working with a specialist B2B marketing and revenue consultancy that helps organisations improve funnel performance, accelerate pipeline, and make smarter go-to-market decisions using data, insight and practical optimisation.
They’re now looking for a Marketing Operations / Funnel Consultant to join their RevOps / RevTech team at mid–senior level. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in funnel analysis, metrics and performance, confident working with senior stakeholders, and enjoys turning data into clear, actionable outcomes — without needing to be a full Senior RevTech or ABX lead yet.
As a Marketing Operations / Funnel Consultant, you’ll partner with marketing and sales leaders to understand how their funnels are performing, where they’re breaking down, and what needs to change to improve conversion, pipeline flow and revenue outcomes.
This Marketing Operations / Funnel Consultant will be responsible for:
- Working with senior client stakeholders to diagnose funnel bottlenecks and performance issues
- Analysing lead flow, conversion rates, pipeline data and revenue metrics
- Designing and improving funnel reporting frameworks across marketing and sales
- Helping clients understand what the numbers are telling them — and what to do next
- Supporting the optimisation of lead management processes, handovers and lifecycle stages
- Translating data into practical, outcome-focused recommendations
- Advising on how marketing and sales technology supports funnel performance (rather than owning full platform architecture)
- Collaborating with more senior consultants on broader RevOps and GTM initiatives
This is a hands-on, analytical role where you’ll need to hold the room, think on your feet, and communicate confidently with senior audiences.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a data-focused marketing role
- Strong, practical understanding of marketing and sales funnels
- Confidence working with funnel metrics, pipeline data, conversion rates and performance reporting
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and explaining complex data clearly
- Experience working in-house or within an agency / consultancy environment
- Highly data-led, logical and outcome-focused
- Able to stay calm under pressure and respond confidently in live discussions
- Exposure to tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
- Experience in B2B, technology or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with forecasting, revenue reporting or commercial metrics
- Some exposure to ABM / ABX concepts (but not ownership)
