TV & Digital Media Analyst
TV & Digital Media Analyst – Meta & GA4, London – Up to £38k
Are you a data-driven Media Analyst with direct, hands-on experience managing and analysing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager?
Do you understand how to evaluate campaign, ad-set and advert-level performance, recognise emerging trends and translate your findings into practical optimisation recommendations?
This independent, international agency is looking for a TV & Digital Media Analyst to join its London team. Working across global campaigns for charities and NGOs, you’ll analyse performance across digital and traditional TV channels, helping clients acquire and retain supporters for some genuinely important causes.
You’ll work closely with the agency’s digital and media teams, using Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Excel to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities and support optimisation. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your Power BI skills, with full training provided.
This role would suit someone with at least two years’ experience in digital analytics, performance marketing or media analysis who has worked directly inside Meta Ads Manager and understands how campaigns are structured, measured and optimised.
Please note: direct professional experience managing and analysing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager is essential. Experience using Meta data solely through Power BI, reporting dashboards or automated data models will not be sufficient for this position.
The experience we need:
- At least two years’ experience in digital analytics, performance marketing or media analysis
- Direct, hands-on experience managing and analysing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager
- A strong understanding of Meta campaign structure, including campaign, ad-set and advert-level performance
- Experience monitoring campaign budgets, delivery, pacing, targeting and creative performance
- Confidence analysing key metrics such as spend, reach, impressions, CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions and ROAS
- Hands-on GA4 experience, including campaign, traffic, conversion and customer-journey analysis
- The ability to recognise performance trends, diagnose issues and recommend campaign optimisations
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex datasets
- Experience producing reports and translating analysis into practical recommendations
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Confidence communicating with clients and answering campaign-related questions
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- An enthusiastic, collaborative and calm approach
Experience within a media or performance marketing agency would be particularly useful. Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau experience would be advantageous, although training will be provided. Experience within fundraising, charities or NGOs—or fluency in German—would also be a bonus.
The role:
- Analyse TV and digital campaign performance across multiple international markets
- Work directly with Meta campaign data to identify trends, performance issues and optimisation opportunities
- Evaluate performance at campaign, ad-set, audience and creative level
- Centralise and benchmark global digital campaign results
- Use Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Excel to evaluate and optimise campaigns
- Monitor performance and emerging trends across channels including Meta and Performance Max
- Build reports and presentation decks that turn data into clear client recommendations
- Support forecasting, media planning and campaign performance reviews
- Develop your knowledge of attribution methodologies and explain them clearly to clients
- Manage day-to-day client queries, campaign briefings and data presentations
- Build relationships with media-agency partners across international markets
- Identify new tools, technologies and AI developments that could improve efficiency and performance
