We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for sustainability, energy, and data. This is an exciting chance to start your career in an evolving industry through a 9-week Sustainability Training Programme.

Sustainability Training Programme

This programme is designed for those keen to help commercial buildings reduce carbon emissions, even without direct work experience. You’ll gain hands-on knowledge and practical skills in energy analysis, building management systems, and sustainability solutions.

Throughout the course, you’ll also prepare for interviews and develop the skills needed to be considered for a Sustainability Analyst role at the end of the 9 weeks.

The Role...

You will work with a forward-thinking team helping customers improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. No two days are the same, and your work will have a real impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing energy meter and building management system (BMS) data.
  • Providing clear recommendations to customers’ onsite teams.
  • Supporting customers to understand energy insights.
  • Producing monthly reports detailing carbon and cost savings.
  • Troubleshooting energy anomalies and providing analysis support.

The Person...

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with energy or BMS systems
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis techniques

At the end of the 9-week Sustainability course, participants will have the opportunity to be considered for a Sustainability Analyst role, equipped with the skills and confidence to start a career in energy and sustainability.
