About the Role

My client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimise their business tooling ecosystem and streamline workflows across the organisation. The role involves assessing the current system landscape, identifying overlaps and integration opportunities, and ensuring accurate, connected data flows across departments. You’ll work closely with Commercial, Finance, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to align business needs with technical capabilities and ensure systems support growth efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document the company’s current tools and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for integration, automation, and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain system architecture documentation.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to align on functionality and priorities.
  • Support tool evaluations, vendor assessments, and change management.

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience in business systems analysis, operations, or process optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, integrations, and API-based workflows.
  • Skilled in mapping systems and documenting technical/business requirements.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management systems (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite, Wrike, Notion).
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Make).
  • Background in infrastructure or cloud-based businesses.
