🚀 Account Executive (Commercial) – Cloud FinOps
📍 London & South East (Remote-first across the UK)
With exceptional growth over the past year, our client is expanding its UK sales presence and hiring a high-calibre Commercial Account Executive to help scale our footprint across Commercial and Lower Enterprise customers.
This is a chance to join a category-defining FinOps business at an inflection point — owning deals end-to-end and working with cloud-native, high-spend organisations across Google Cloud and Azure environments.
As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll run the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting through to close — engaging senior cloud, finance, and engineering stakeholders at mid-market and enterprise organisations. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor, helping customers unlock real-world cloud cost optimisation through our clients autonomous FinOps platform.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
- Sell into complex cloud environments with multiple stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with senior cloud, finance, and technology leaders
- Position ProsperOps’ FinOps value proposition to cloud-native businesses
- Partner with hyperscalers, MSPs, and ecosystem partners to drive net-new pipeline
- Consistently generate pipeline and achieve monthly & quarterly quota
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
- 3–5 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience
- Minimum 2 years selling cloud-specific solutions (FinOps, MSP, or cloud tooling)
- Experience selling into Fortune 500 or large enterprise organisations
- Background with FinOps tools or complementary cloud platforms (cost, security, governance, observability, etc.)
- Strong exposure to Google Cloud or Azure (AWS experience also valued)
- Comfortable selling ACV deals in the £40k–£400k+ range
- Proven outbound success in a high-growth or startup environment
