About the Role We are seeking a talented digital marketing professional to spearhead the organic growth and search engine visibility of our newly launched website. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our SEO strategy—from conducting deep keyword research to ensuring flawless technical health for optimal indexing. If you have a strong grasp of current SEO best practices and a proven track record of translating them into measurable traffic and ranking boosts, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Audits: Execute full-scale SEO audits to pinpoint and resolve technical and on-page vulnerabilities.
  • Keyword Strategy: Drive in-depth keyword research to guide our content strategy and metadata optimization.
  • Technical Optimization: Enhance website architecture, internal linking, and page speed to maximize search engine crawlability.
  • On-Page Execution: Deploy critical on-page SEO updates, including meta tags, structural headings, and image alt attributes.
  • Content Roadmap: Formulate and roll out a targeted content optimization plan focused on high-priority keywords.
  • Performance Tracking: Configure analytics dashboards to monitor SEO health, track KPIs, and report on growth progress.
  • Continuous Improvement: Deliver data-backed, actionable insights for ongoing SEO refinement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in end-to-end SEO, covering technical, on-page, and content-driven optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Sharp analytical capabilities to translate raw data into winning strategies.
  • Deep understanding of site audit frameworks and best practices specifically for new website rollouts.
  • Outstanding communication skills to clearly articulate strategies, findings, and recommendations to the team.
  • Practical experience navigating popular Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage projects independently and deliver results on time.
