IT Asset & Logistics Coordinator (NPPV3)

ACTIVE NPPV3 clearance required.

Hands-on role supporting the movement, tracking, and incoming deliveries of IT hardware/devices. Asset recording into ServiceNow, and preparing stock for dispatch.

What you’ll be doing:

• Receiving and booking in IT hardware and devices
• Updating and managing asset records in ServiceNow
• Preparing equipment for deployment and dispatch
• Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
• Keeping stock, assets, and logistics organised and accurate

What I need:

• Experience with IT hardware / asset management / logistics
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, process-driven environment
• Able to deal with multiple suppliers and stakeholders
• NPPV3 clearance already in place
