📍 South Birmingham | Hybrid (1–2 days onsite)
I’m working with an established Managed Service Provider with over 30 years in the industry who are looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT infrastructure and managed service projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end – from presales handover through to delivery and transition into service.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard, working closely with engineers, stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Key areas include:
- Managing the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion
- Creating and maintaining Scope of Works, project plans and RAID logs
- Coordinating internal engineers and third-party vendors
- Managing project budgets, risks and change control
- Providing clear stakeholder communication and project reporting
- Ensuring projects are successfully handed over to service delivery teams
What they’re looking for
- Experience delivering IT / infrastructure projects within an MSP or IT services environment
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and change control
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and technical teams
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
