Sales Executive

Office based, Reading | 8:30am to 5:00pm

£30k + £12K OTE

I am working with a global technology business that is looking for a hungry Inside Sales Executive to join its sales team.

You do not need to come from IT services, although nice to have! This is more about character, personality and having a genuine hunter mentality.

The role gives you full onboarding, ongoing training, vendor exposure and regular call-out days. You will also get visibility across the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying opportunities through to understanding how deals are shaped, progressed and closed.

It is a 60,000+ employee global business, but the sales environment feels much more agile, ambitious and open than you would expect.

Your manager is big on 1-1 coaching, development and backing people who bring ideas, energy and the right attitude. Long term, this could lead into enterprise sales, account management, business development or other commercial roles across the business.

The main thing they want is someone who knows their why, enjoys picking up the phone, wants to earn, wants to learn and is serious about building a sales career.
