We're looking for an IT Project Manager in York. You'll report to the Senior IT Project Manager and take ownership of delivering a varied portfolio of IT projects across the business. That includes onboarding new sites , IT harmonisation, infrastructure migrations, network refreshes, telephony, mergers, acquisitions, and more.

No two weeks look the same. That's the point.

What you'll actually be doing:

You'll own projects end-to-end — plans, scope docs, RAID logs, budgets, highlight reports. You'll manage internal and external resources, keep stakeholders aligned, and help shape the governance framework as it evolves. Occasional site visits are part of the gig.

Who you are:

You're organised, but not rigid. You can hold multiple work streams in your head and switch between them without losing your thread. You communicate clearly — whether that's upward to leadership or sideways to a team. You delegate when needed and make confident calls when required.

Most importantly: when things change (and they will), you adapt and push forward rather than grinding to a halt.

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and in budget
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment
• Strong stakeholder management — internal teams and third parties
• Full UK Driving Licence

The role is based in York with 3 days per week in the office.
