Technical Account Director
TECHNICAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - £80k + £5k CAR
WEST MIDLANDS - 1 DAY A WEEK
Looking for a technically aware and commercially switched on TAD to join a strong MSP with footprint across Cyber Security, Modern Workplace, Hosted/Cloud and Full Managed Services. This is an opportunity that blends technical and direct sales.
The Role:
You will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for their Enterprise Customers, essentially they're A-Grade customers to scope designs, continued growth, roll out strategic roadmaps and collaborate with their SLT and technical team internally to develop long term account growth and strategic expansion. Reporting directly into the CEO, this is an opportunity that is imperative for their next phase of growth, finding a strong blended technical and outcome focused level of individual to continue growth and service delivery into their top accounts.
Who You Are:
You may have worked as a Technical Account Manager or Overlay for a period of time, wanting to be more involved in large scale opportunities. Or even a Solutions Consultant who became client facing.
You're comfortable sitting in front of a CTO/CIO, understand the nuances of managed services deliverables and confidently be able to advise customers on solution delivery and challenge when needed. I expect this opportunity to be more advisory-led and consultative rather than a traditional account director.
What You Get:
- £c.75-80k Salary with a car allowance + commission (% across contract term)
- Continuous training and development. They will put you through certs and development. Even though certs aren't necessary, I would certainly welcome people with them!
- Opportunity to join a business that are in growth and scale mode, wanting to get to around 100 people this year.
