• Lead global Oracle Fusion transformation strategy and delivery, overseeing end-to-end implementation from design and build through testing, deployment and adoption across a complex international organisation.
• Own executive-level programme leadership and governance, aligning business, IT, systems integrators and senior stakeholders to deliver a successful global transformation and measurable business outcomes.
• Drive global process standardisation and operating model transformation across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, Sales and Service, replacing Legacy ERP environments with a scalable Oracle Fusion platform.
• Lead organisational change, data, integration and deployment readiness, ensuring successful adoption across multiple countries, business units and connected applications while managing programme risk, dependencies, resources and delivery performance.
