SAP MDG Consultant - Remote (Germany, 1 day/month travel)

Job Title SAP MDG Consultant Duration TBD Remote (Germany, 1 day/month travel)

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG consultant with a strong technical focus to join our clients programme in Germany. This role is primarily remote with minimal travel (approx. 1 day per month). The position is approximately 70% technical and 30% functional, supporting SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) initiatives and ensuring high-quality master data processes across the organisation.

Responsibilities:
Configure and implement SAP MDG solutions, including data models, workflows, validations, and data replication.
Develop technical enhancements, custom logic, and interfaces related to MDG processes.
Support master data governance processes and enforce data quality standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide guidance on best practices for SAP MDG architecture, integration, and process optimisation.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an SAP MDG Consultant with strong hands-on technical expertise.
Experience with SAP MDG configuration, data modelling, workflow setup, and custom logic.
Familiarity with SAP master data objects (material, customer, vendor) and functional processes.
Experience in integrating MDG with other SAP modules and external systems.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Fluent English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
