SAP MDM/MDG Project Lead/Manager - Oct Start - £Market Rate/day Inside IR35 - 9 months initially - Hybrid/UK

Key Requirements

• 8+ years' experience delivering medium-to-large, cross-functional projects within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience delivering Data Quality, Data Governance, Master Data Management, Analytics or wider data transformation initiatives.
• Strong project management capability across Agile, Waterfall and/or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven expertise across project planning, governance, risk/issue management, budgets, resource planning and stakeholder management.
• Experience working across business, technology and vendor teams; engineering environments, SAP/enterprise systems and data analytics tools are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Data Quality capability improvement initiative, managing scope, timelines, quality, resources and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, resource plans and success criteria, taking corrective action where required.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement and governance, including leadership updates, steering forums and coordination across business, technology and vendors.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and mitigations, escalating critical challenges and driving them through to resolution.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, vendor delivery, quality and change/adoption activities to ensure sustainable business outcomes and continuous improvement.
