- SAP MRP Configuration & Planning Setup
Configure and manage MRP parameters including MRP types, lot sizing, planning strategies, safety stock, and procurement settings to support accurate material planning. - Demand & Supply Planning Execution
Run and monitor MRP cycles to ensure timely generation of planned orders, purchase requisitions, and stock transfer requirements aligned with demand forecasts. - Integration & Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with SAP modules such as MM, PP, and SD to ensure seamless planning and execution; provide functional support, troubleshoot planning issues, and guide users. - Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Analyze planning results, stock levels, and shortages; develop reports and KPIs to improve forecast accuracy, reduce excess inventory, and optimize supply chain performance.
