SAP Payroll & Time Lead - 1 year contract - £440/day Inside IR35 (paid to the umbrella) - 85% remote/SW London travel - July Start

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Payroll and Time workstream across the full migration life cycle (design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare)
• Act as the functional SME, driving solution design and best practice for Payroll and Time in S/4HANA
• Oversee payroll data validation, reconciliation and parallel payroll runs to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure successful migration and system readiness
• Manage stakeholders, providing updates, resolving issues and mitigating risks across the workstream

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management
• Proven experience delivering SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration programmes
• Deep knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, time evaluation and integrations
• Experience with payroll data migration, reconciliation and parallel testing
