We are looking for an experienced SAP Training Specialist to support the content design and development of high-quality, role-based training for SAP and related business processes within a transformation environment.

Required Expertise

• Strong experience in instructional design for role-based SAP or process training
• Proven capability creating training content using PowerPoint and SAP Enable Now (simulations, guided procedures, learning assets)
• Experience with additional digital learning tools

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Design training storyboards and learning journeys aligned to Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and role mapping
• Develop engaging PowerPoint training decks and supporting learner materials
• Build SAP Enable Now content in line with approved instructional designs
• Review content with stakeholders and refine based on feedback
• Support SharePoint page management for training publication and user access
