bluewaveSELECT have been engaged by a leading organisation to secure an experienced SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant to support the setup, optimisation, and delivery of key reports for HR and business stakeholders within SuccessFactors.

Overview:
You'll be working closely with business users and stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are understood, captured, and delivered through SuccessFactors. The role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite presence if business-critical, and requires both technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills.

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Reporting tools (eg, Canvas/ORD, Table/Ad Hoc Reporting, People Analytics).

• Proven track record in building, configuring, and optimising SuccessFactors reports to meet business requirements.

• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical reporting solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.

Desirable:

• Exposure to SuccessFactors modules beyond reporting (eg, Employee Central).

• Experience in report automation and scheduling.

• Previous work on SuccessFactors reporting migrations or upgrades.
