About The Role As a Cloud & Enterprise Technology Procurement Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting delivery of category strategies, guidance’s across the globe, aligning procurement activities with global & regional business strategies, and driving value through collaboration and innovation. You will act as the primary contact for suppliers, manage relationships, and ensure compliance with bp’s safety and risk management standards. In This Role You Will Category Delivery & Regional Alignment
- Deliver category performance, meeting safety and compliance metrics
- Consolidate demand plans and develop strategies based on local market insights
- Support managing supplier performance
- Unlock value in line with category management policies
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement
- Represent regional interests within category teams and across procurement
- Develop technical capabilities and embrace bp’s values and psychological safety
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Use storytelling and influence to drive outcomes and resolve conflicts
- Bring market insights and championing supplier value
- Support modernization and transformation initiatives across procurement
- Leverage digital tools to enhance efficiency and value creation
- Promote adoption of new processes and technologies through effective communication
- Knowledge of category management principles (theoretical or practical)
- Strong partner management and influencing skills in complex, multinational environments
- Analytical skills, critical thinking, commercial foresight, and experience driving continuous improvement
- Ability to solve problems, manage risk, and lead change initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including storytelling and engagement
